Default which wire is which on a intellipeak twin pulse charger

I bought a intellipeak twin pulse charger off ebay. For some dumb reason, duratrax didnt just wire the alligator clips straight to the wires but they put a plastic tamiya connector on it. well the charger didnt come with the connection peice with the alligator clips on it so now i am having to wire up some clips on it so that i can charge batts off the truck.

Problem: both wires are black except one has a white stripe on it. Which is positive and which is negative? I beleive that the wire with a white stripe on it is the negative and the solid black wire is the positive but i just wanted to make sure before i really screw up a good charger

Usually the white stripe on one wire means positive. Not sure in this case but that is the norm.
