|  Servo for SMT10 with j-concepts clod size tires
Looking into building a smt10 based truck with the jconcepts renegades tires. What would be a suitable servo with appropriate torque to replace the stock axial steering servo? I plan on using 3s lipo. I'm trying to stay on the cheap maybe under $70. maybe a Savox? I just don't know how much torque I really "need". Thanks Last edited by strap624; 06-22-2017 at 03:04 PM. |

Savox has a few cheaper, those are big heavy tires, more torque helps Look at the 1230 or 1231 Hang up and Drive |

Thanks. I looked up a video of that savox on youtube and there was a guy using it in the same build I'm planning. Looks like that's the one.

The strongest you can afford. I wouldn't do anything less then the Promodeler.

The savox 1283sg has some of the strongest gears of any servo.
