Default HH Torquemaster Pro

Hey guys,
Looking at getting a Holmes Hobbies Torquemaster Pro 540 hand wound in a 35T for my SCX. Will these run okay on 3S? Can't seem to find any info on input voltage.

Cheers
Simon

Go for 27T, that's the best number for brushed according to Mr Holmes
What's your ESC?

Sometimes I just felt the 35t a bit slower than my liking. Also you need to consider a set of good comm cutter machineif you plan to get a good hand wound brushed motor.

I used my Holmes hobbies35t motor on 3s with no problem. However it could wear out your brushed a bit faster than 2s.

I've never run 2s willingly. Everything I make is really tuned for 3s and 4s use.

27t is the sweet spot, but sometimes 35t is plenty of wheelspeed. If I'm running brushed, I do tend to choose the 35t for TorqueMaster. If I want more wheelspeed, I lean towards the 13t crawlmaster.
