Warn 8274 winch motor

Hey All
It looks like my motor is dead in my warn 8274 winch
I connected it to a hobbywing 1060 esc and it worked shortly and then just stopped completely .
Previously it was on my 3ch tx working with a HEYok controller but swapped my tx for a 4ch spectrum with 3 position switch .

So my question is Where can I get a new motor from ??
Has anybody else had a problem and sourced a new motor and if so from where ?
I've tried rc4wd and they said they don't normally sell just the motor but I'm awaiting a reply .
If all else fails what can I do ? A £100 winch now worthless .
