Default Pros/Cons: Mamba X vs. HH TrailMaster BLE Pro

Is anyone familiar with both the CC Mamba X and the HH TrailMaster BLE Pro ESC's? I'm having a hard time choosing one over the other. Unless I am wrong, it is my understanding that HH and CC work closely with each other so both should be excellent performers.

I'm looking at running a HH PullerPro 3300K on 2S in my GMade GOM. Thanks.

I have not used the BLE Pro so not familiar with it.. I'm currently using the Mamba X and love the option for the aux wire function to adjust brake. I'm sure the BLE is an excellent ESC I just chose the Mamba X for the aux wire option. I'm currently running the Puller Pro 3300KV with 3S on my SCX10 II and must say it has plenty of getup and go.

Pro's with the Mamba X would be the aux wire. when trailing you can adjust the brake and not have the vehicle trying to flip end over end.
Cons: Have not found any as of yet other then a little confusing setting up the aux wire function with castle link but once you figure it out its not hard at all.

BLE Pro: Reputation and Customer service is excellent. That's all I can say as I have not run the BLE Pro.

Hope this can help

The BLE is a reflashed Castle MMP, without the fan or on/off switch.
JRH has tweaked the firmware, But no Aux wire. You’ve got the best now.
I run the BLE and the PP3500 in my Wraith , works quite well

Both are great ESCs. Either combined with a Puller Pro stubby will give you industry best startup, control, and power to weight.

The mamba X is nice. Its a bit heavy, but the Aux function is cool if your radio has a spare channel. It also has better sensorless startup, which gives you more flexibility in the future. The BLE is lighter and has modes of operation that run with less noise. I typically grab a BLE for my personal builds because switching noise really bothers me. I love a completely silent rig when the setup will allow for it.

I’m looking to go up to a 4s from a 3s. Currently running a microx with a pp2200. Will the ble handle a 4? I know the X will.

I thought I've read in the other thread the micro doesn't run on 4S? I've never tried with mine

Wow, the micro X is 6s capable? I remember someone said it was firmware locked at 3s. Glad that's not the case.

That's what I was commenting earlier. I thought the micro was firmware Limited at 3s unlike the previous version that could still run 4S

Directly from the HH website:

TrailMaster BLE Pro

on the other hand:

Mamba Micro X Crawler Edition

Input Voltage Range: MIN: 2S LiPo; MAX: 3S LiPo, 12.6V

and finally:

Castle Creations Mamba X

I'm sorry, after re-reading my question it did seem confusing. I've been running a micro X on 3s with good results. Now I want to upgrade to 4s. I'll be replacing the esc with either a Mamba X or a BLE but wasn't sure if the BLE would run 4s. Thank you JRH and durok.
