Default Lipos and water

So I took the rig out today although there was some rain. I didn't really blast through any water that was what I would consider deep, however I did run through some puddles to clean the tires off a little before it went in my Jeep.

I'm not so worried about the electronics like the receiver, speed control or servos, as much as I am burning down the entire thing. I've seen multiple videos of people just sending it, but I've always been told to seal a lipo to keep the water out. It has been a very long time since I've had to mess with one on something that would get wet. Am I worrying too much?

The only thing you need to worry about is corroding the tabs off the cells. the packs themselves are sealed so no worries there.

So, just don't leave it in the lake and if you run saltwater rinse it thoroughly with fresh water afterwards.
