| Steering not working properly??????
ok guys got a question! and from what i read u guys can answer anything! so here goes! i got a TLT based rig with front and rear steer ( hitec 645's) i have the TQ3 radio with rear steer hooked up, i have a older rooster one touch setup esc, 65t lathe motor, r2 tranny, 10t pinion, and my battery i run is a brand new 3000 mah! now for my problem! one second it steers fine both front and rear steer! then the next second it wont turn @ all i have charged the battery and it still does it right away! do you think this is cause my old esc iam running? or do u think i need to run an rx pack? any help would be great guys! thanks CJ |

Try running only one steering servo and see what happens. The BEC should be able to handle two 645's but you never know.

You will need to use a reciever pack or a voltage regulator. The original roosters BEC only supplys 0.5amps, which is not enough for 2 645mg's.

ok well it works fine now with the rear steer unhooked! so what if i step up to a tekin rebel 2? instead of running a battery pack or regulator! i thank you guys very much!
