is a older novak rooster reversible, 55t lathe motor, 15t pinion, r2, tq3, hi-tech 645, 3000mah battery. this i the first problem i had with it. it has run fine up till today it was running fine the i had no forward! then it was fine and then it had no reverse and stayed that way! the green light on it was going crazy in reverse! like i said it is an old esc

Either due to long-term heat/cool cycles, or like DVO says - you got one that was finished up at 4:55 pm on a Friday...

Are you sure your motor was not shorting? That ammount of heat sounds impossable with that setup... |
