Default magnetic mayhem SEIZED!

man this is not my day! i just got my ESC working perfectly and was in the break in process and all of a sudden the motor just seized up!! i took it out and i cant even turn it over by hand!!! what the hell happened/.??????

Try pulling on the brushes. Make sure those aren't pressed into the comm too much. Just take a tool and push on the metal wire that goes to the brush and force the spring to flex out a little and see if that unseizes it.

tried moving the brushess back and it's still locked up! like i mean there is not the littlest of play with it at all! it's like welded together! remeber this is brand new! just half way in threw break in, the motor never even got warm.

is the MM rebuildable ?
i had a small screw between armature and can
and the motor wouldnt turn

That's what I was thinking, I had a motor suck a rock in and it seized it solid. I know this motor is brand new, but I'd check it for a screw or something as EGRESSor stated.

just check out the whole internals of the motor and guess what!! there was a metal sliver jamed between the magnet and it seized it up!!! took that out and now she spins and fires awsome!!! luckly no damage at all!

i had that same problem at the desert. I sucked sand in the motor and it siezed
