Does a holmes hobbies adapter plate work w/a eflite power 10 ?

the 10 is a larger motor than the 300-400 sized motors there designed for. I believe that it is more like the hyperion that JRH sells and they need no adapter but the shaft has to be machined to 1/8 or use 5mm pinions but i;m not 100% sure

The power 10 bolts up to a standard 540 mount. It has a 5mm shaft so you will either need to talk to a machinist to turn down the shaft, or use a 5mm pinion.
