| Pushing a heavy TXT
I am getting TXT 1/6er, made by skippy, it runs nylint tires 1/6. What kind of power do I need to power it? Its got an unknown middle T case, a txt trans, gd600 and a 55t comes in it, I think he took the trnity out! |

After seeing the pic, I would direct you to Jonrobholmes, and some sick brushless power. It does look like it has a lot of reduction, probably not a lot of wheelspeed, depends on the motor though. |

It really depends on the reduction and weight of the final product. I say throw a silver can in there first and see how it does. Then you can base your next choice from there.

| That wont be enough GR for that big of a rig. The nitro trany and GD600 was barely enough for Adams 2.2 rig. With a little bit of work you could stack 2 GD600's back-2-back and come up with some difrent gear reduction from 5.0:1 all the way to 7.6:1 with just the GRU's.
