| Novak Rooster Crawler Question
bit of a newb question... i am planning to get a rooster crawler esc for my TLT Tuber but i am really confused about the motor limit listed in novak's site. it is stated that you could use single 27t motor or dual 35t-55t motors. (there were also 2 motor limits listed in their specs of the rooster crawler). my questions are... 1. could i use a single 45t or 55t motor in it without any problem in the 2. ESC? is there anyone of you guys running the rooster crawler & 55t motor/ESC combo? 3. what motor would you reccomend with the novak rooster (i am using a pede tranny 87t spur and 17t pinion) any info would be greatly appreciated... thanks. |

The Rooster Crawler will work great with any lathe motor. If you want wheelspeed go with a 35t or 45t, if you want more torque go with a 55t or 65t motor.

Everything looks good to me. I would suggest 55t with the novak rooster crawler and a 17t pinion- it should work well. 6 cell nimh for your battery too.
