Default HL electronic help

Heey, i'm planning to get myself a HL, and make into a 'capable trail-truck'.. But what esc, servo's, radiogear etc should i choose ? I'm looking on some Suspect (Dainsh brand) 13 kg's servo's, and a Novak Rooster Crawler esc and a 7 ch. reciever/transmitter set.. (Robbe/Futaba FX-18 )
I want it to be able to drive in different kinds of terrain, mostly forrest, and on some rocks at the beach.. I should probably menchion i have looked on the Junfac chassis kit..

Servo looks good, ESC is great, and your RX would work well for a trail rig since you will probably get a winch in the future.

I would suggest something like a 35t motor or 27t motor if you use the rooster crawler. If you go with another ESC a 35t and 9 cell or 3 cell lipo is very nice.

I appreciate your help very much ! Do you by any chance know how to operate the winch from the RX ? There is some switches on the rx, and i guees they are for the extras (winch, etc).. But there are 7 channels on the RX, and i can only count 3-5 channels by reading the specs and looking at the pics of it ?
