Default servo turning

my sevo turnes one way more than the other. this is my thery if anyone else has this problem please help me fix it.

it seems that my servo arm is not long enough, it cant sit strait when it is hooked up if i want the tires strait it has to sit a little to the left (is looking from front) if i make it so that the servo arm is strait the tires are terned and this makes the tires rub when i turn to one side any help would be good thanks..
