Default Newage OCM/Berg Manual & Parts Listing

I know of one member of my local club that received their Berg without a manual, and another PM'd me earlier looking to see if I could email it to them. So, I think a few got sent out without manuals placed in the boxes.

Not that the manual is much help, but for reference, you can download it here:

I didn't get a manual with mine either, but I managed to find it online at enroute's own website.

I have an original OCM Newage and am curious if the Berg parts are all interchangeable.

My question is more towards the gears in the axle. I am considering buying some spares to keep in my tool box.

Has anyone had to replace a gear yet and which one?

SHOCK AND ROD FIX!!! I have found that adding a #8 nylon washer on the ball first, then putting the o-rings on helps the slop in the shocks and rods.
Picture below shows the #8 nylon washer on the left and installed on one of the ball in a rod with 2 o-rings on also.

Sorry for the bad pic.
Mods if ths should be some where else please move!!!!

My Berg arrived today via TCS and did not come with a manual. Very thankful that they have a PDF version.

Here is a parts manual that I received from the company with a little more info than what is in the other manuals. It has the part numbers in it at the bottom.

The newer models don't come with as many because they have captured rod ends.

with the all metal chassis you want them to reduce electrical noise from the metal to metal contact

I just received my new kit (Newage CRL-101) from CKRC Crawlers. I did a little searching for the manual and found this. It looks to be the latest version of the manual.

Where's the best place to get a set of axles for the Berg, I'm doing a custom rig with berg axles.
