| Tires & More Tires .... no clue what to use on the Beg
Ok, my berg arrived today (full kit) in front of me (in the shop) I have the following Proline - Badlands 2.2" M3 - Hammer 2.2" M3 - Masher 2000 2.2 - Moab 2.2" M3 Axial - 2.2 Rock Lizards Tires - Special Compound Plus a set of memory foams I am itching to put some robber on my new Beg rims .. but I cant decide on what set to use .. also, should I use memory foam only on the front ? os ir the berg too hevy for memory foam ? Help .. advise needed. Null |

From the Choices you have. Badlands...Then get some Panthers.

LOL .. yes, I'd use some Pathers .. but they not avail here in the UK yet (coming in 2 weeks)

Try the Hammers.I used a set at the last CMRCRC comp I was at and they worked great with a light rig.IMHO the only proper way to decide is to set up a course and try em'all and see what your rig and the terrain likes.But if you have some Panthers coming this is probably a moot point. |

i would use the badlands also. my badlands stay right with all panther equiped rigs i crawl with.

I would have to say, Your going to have to try several different tires to find out what works best on the terain you are driving on. For me it seems different tires work better on different surfaces. That's why you get different answers from people on the site, You have to test drive your stuff to see what works best for you. But usually here; LOSI CLAWS or PANTHER COUGARS!!!!

Just noticed one thing, unlike 1/8th wheels, these have no holes for air to escape, is that the way it's suppose to be ? or should I do a couple of holes in the tires.

drill 2 or 3 small holes to help air escape. good choice going with the badlands they are a awesome tire.
