| MfM Racing Black Widow Berg Build
Casey from MfM Racing has given me a chance to build my new Berg axles around his great MfM Racing Black Widow Chassis. Seems to work well so far through cycling the suspension. And as always with his chassis, the machining of the delrin and aluminum is top notch and the powdercoating is amazing! More coming to finish it off of course, wiring...I hate soldering! As Is: MfM Racing Black Widow Chassis Berg Axles Front Clocked Axle Tubes 22 Degrees MTHead Berg Lock-Outs Revo GTR Hardcoat shocks Axial posts and tubes for links (waiting on measurements and testing to cut Delrin lowers) 35T Integy Arms in Reedy TI Cans (Crowbar springs) More Coming: Tuning Shocks Servo Switch Dig FX-R 8711 Servo with a unique mounting method (hopefully coming very soon) DNA Thrasers for the BERG Panther Cougars - Red Dots 1320 Mah Flight Power 2S or 3S Pics: Last edited by binaryterror; 08-15-2008 at 08:02 AM. |

Get some new lower links made ASAP, those are going to be horrible on the rocks with that snag point. I would also get the upper and lower links closer to parallel in the front. |

I'm trying things for the uppers, but I do have a question for you. Can I just use the hole above, it would drastically shorten the upper link, how does that effect suspension cycling? Short of that I'll be drilling a hole, but I'd like to hear your input on a short upper link. | |
