eh, we're gonna need more and better pictures than just that 'one'.

I just bought a berg myself, and I am VERY impressed. I spent $300 on my RTR Axial, and I spent $350 on my ARTR berg, the clear value was my berg. I had to spend a lot of time and money making the Axial competitive. The berg was good to go out of the box.

Default hey

I'll post some more picts this weekend. Gonna go out and find some rock to crawl!

Just a couple of things I've noticed just playing around in the yard with it.

1. The 4 posts to mount the body on the side can hang up on rocks. Gotta change that
2. I mounted my body too high. Gotta lower it
3. the motors drag. I'm gonna do the mod to rotate them upward as much as I can.
4. I setup the dual rate on the transmitter so I can can control both ESC with a single stick. When I turn that off, trying to drive 2 motors with 2 sticks is a real mind bender. Gonna have to spend some time working on that one.
5. These things don't turn very well. I've gotta do multiple Y-turns to get it to point the other direction. I gotta figure out how to get more travel out of the servo than what its doing now. Gotta see about programming it or something to get more rotation out of it!

That servo can be programmed with Hitec's expensive stand alone programmer. I had to find a local hobby store with a programmer unit to program mine to 180 degrees then limit it to what I need via EPAs on the radio.

Yea, that 2nd generation programmer is 160 bucks!!!

I've read and on the web that you have to use the newer programmer to enable the thermal overload feature!!! :-(

Gonna have to see if my local hobby store has one I can borrow.
