The ARC Tilt version is done. I just need to get it cut out now. Hopefully tomorrow otherwise it will have to wait a week.

Quick update with no pictures.

I traveled up to Omaha on Friday night to compete in the NSCA Comp #5 on Saturday. As expected I didn't notice any performance differences between running bodiless and bodied. I had to take one rollover on Saturday because I ended up in some debris that just wouldn't allow me to right myself. It was close, going into the finals with only a 4 point lead but in the end I was able to get the win.

I left Omaha a 7AM Sunday to drive back to KC for the KCRC Comp #4. I had another decent day of driving and was able to get another win, again by only 4 points. I didn't have to take any rollovers on Sunday. Pretty great weekend overall I would say.

One thing that Rockshow had said to me at Crawlapalooza '09 that stuck with me was that running bodiless allows you to watch your suspension better. You can see when you're going to bottom out a shock and start to carry a tire, or you can react to what your suspension is doing and work to settle it, etc. This is something that I need to watch for and see how I feel about it.

I need to order some 1/4" Delrin rod to make spacers. I'll get some pics up soon.

J,

Your rig looked awesome, and worked fantastic as well. Wish I had known that you had that in the works I would have gone your route. Fantastic work as usual. Get your pic's up soon so they can see your work of art.
