Help needed (using Berg inner in HR tubes)

I want to run Berg inners in HR tubes. Has anyone writen up a how too.

Not that I know of, all I do is duplicate the dimensions of the HR axles when I cut the Bergs down. I use a lathe to make the axles shorter, and use a mill to cut the flats. You could use a Dremel, but obviously it is not as exact.
