| need more wheel speed
Ive got 12t pinions on my berg. running 55t novak's. I want more wheel speed but will I see a big difference changing pinions or will I need to change to 45t motors? Also would going to a 13t pinion give me slower speed or faster speed? Im running 3 cell lipo with sidewinder esc btw.

Higher count pinion = more wheel speed. Just buy two 45s.

I run 4s 55t I like the slow speed control of the 55t and the speed of 4s (all on a sidwinder)

35t on a 3 cell with 12t pinions is just about perfect.

| I agree with raptor man
I have had 2-55t, 2-45t, 2-35t's with an arrangement pf pinions up to 16 tooth. I am having great luck running 2-35 turns on my berg with 2 tekin fx/r esc's and 2 VENOM 1550 3s lipos. Wheelspeed and power on demand and with my 4pka I have an incredible amount of adjusability!

I ran 2 35t Holmes motors on a single sidewinder with a 3s 2100 MaxAmps pack before I went to my 4PK with Dual ESC's. | |
