Default need more wheel speed

Ive got 12t pinions on my berg. running 55t novak's. I want more wheel speed but will I see a big difference changing pinions or will I need to change to 45t motors? Also would going to a 13t pinion give me slower speed or faster speed? Im running 3 cell lipo with sidewinder esc btw.

Higher count pinion = more wheel speed. Just buy two 45s.

I run 4s 55t I like the slow speed control of the 55t and the speed of 4s (all on a sidwinder)

35t on a 3 cell with 12t pinions is just about perfect.

Default I agree with raptor man

I have had 2-55t, 2-45t, 2-35t's with an arrangement pf pinions up to 16 tooth. I am having great luck running 2-35 turns on my berg with 2 tekin fx/r esc's and 2 VENOM 1550 3s lipos. Wheelspeed and power on demand and with my 4pka I have an incredible amount of adjusability!

well unfortunately I dont have any of the components you hav listed and dont plan on buying two of everything....Ive driven my friends berg with the 4pk and dual esc/motor and it will do some badass stuff!!

Im happy with mine at the weight it is and dont want to have another battery and esc and all the wiring that goes along with it when Im just looking for some more wheel speed

You only use one battery with 2 ESC's and I have less wire with 2 ESC's than I did running the cluster of micro switches.

I ran 2 35t Holmes motors on a single sidewinder with a 3s 2100 MaxAmps pack before I went to my 4PK with Dual ESC's.
