Default Never Say Never

For a long time I`ve said I wouldn`t go MOA , but I just couldn`t stand it anylonger and had to try one for myself . Running the NC comps made the decision easier after seeing the T1E crew wheel their Rockshow rigs . How smooth the moa`s work and the dig is what really pushed me into it , and that chassis just looks Bad Ass didn`t hurt . Today was the maiden voyage for the rig and I`m sold , should have tried it sooner . Thanks to all the guys here that have posted build threads , I think I`ve read them all in the last two months and probably stole and idea from each of you , LOl.
I consider myself electricly challenged so I`m very pleased that it worked from the first power up and I didn`t let the smoke out of anything , four packs thru it in 80 deg and nothing gets too hot , only time will tell if it will be as reliable as my Timex AX , I did beat on it a bit today (a little harder than I normally would) with no breakage . Gotta love back flips off trees and rocks , never had this kind of wheel speed before in a crawler . I`ve had a blast with this build too . Anyway off to specs and pics .

T1E Rockshow
Hot Bodies D4 rear shocks in semi droop
KK links
Tekin FXR
Castle BEC
Spektrum SR3520 Micro Rx
Thunder Power 3S`s
HiTec 7955TG & HS-56HB for dig
Switches from Newark.com
Berg`s from TCS
Avid bearings
Axial Stubs
VP Knuckles
CDW steering
Epic 45T`s & 12T pinions

Managed to pack everything on the skid , that was fun .

Thanks guys .

When I make sure there arent any bugs in the system I`ll get a proper skin on it, those pannels used to belong to an HPI Bronco I ran on my Revo . Anyone have any unpainted TLT bodys laying around let me know , I need a couple more . Also have some rings on the way from VP .

I had a little tailgate on my rockshow, but I had to notch it for mt upper links. They flex all the way up to the flat part of the body almost.

Looks great! It will amaze you every time out!!

looks killer man. Bodiless will be the next big thing, we're growing in numbers. I am so happy not to be dragging a damn body all over the place.

I can't get enough of the T1E Chassis..... if you tweak the front & rear axles in opposite direction does the chassis flex?

seems ideal in comp situation light center, low CG and killer side hilling..... anything about it that you don't like?

looks real good.... dig config looks choice also good build...

Thanks for all the complements guys , means alot .

So far the only thing I have found that I don`t like about the truck is my alum battery plate , has snaged me more than a few times . Going to be ordering some delrin and getting version 2.0 done next week . The chassis will flex but it is "tuneable" , I`m running four axial 45mm posts , one at each shock mounting location and two in the middle as close to the upper link mounting points as possible. Also have the stock delrin braces at the roof and at the base of the "A" and "D" pillars . It`s pretty damn riged like this . Got paint on the tlt skin just waiting on some alum hardware to show up to get it mounted .
