Default newbie berg ?

hey guys, i just recently decided to go the berg route. i ordered the axles, KK 4.0 chassis kit, losi 4" shocks, and misc. 3mm bolts and nuts.
1st? sidewinder, mamba max, or fxr?
2nd? mayhem cdp's or vp revolver wheels?
3rd? lipo recommendations? (what brand, rating, and mah)
4th? i noticed that some people are using the dig switches from HH and some from radio shack, is there really a difference? (price is about the smae around here, minus shipping from HH.)
i did some searching on the site and narrowed it down, just trying to get an idea from the experienced berg runners.
thanks in advance.

Get the FXR for sure!
3s lipo... Thunder power or Xcite Batteries 1350mah.
Whatever wheels float your boat but the revolvers are $$.
If you get Stacy to show you his Berg pro wiring diagram, you can use the radio shack switches with no problems.

Looking forward to seeing it at the next comp!

Nice mind set so far. For me, this is what works:

Mamba max ESC
Castle BEC
Mayhem Spider rims
dual 45t lathe motors
great planes Electrify 3cell 1500mah lipo

NOTE: your axles are wider than normal shaft driven axles, so you need BERG offset rims. Any mayhem, dna, or whatever berg offset rims work best. Also, remember, the more weight in the front wheels, and the less in the rear, the more climbing ability you will have
