Default SWX berg

Ok well i finally decided to build a berg after getting totally schooled at a comp with my axial. in the pics its all built its just missing a motor and steering link and servo. which i made tonight just havent gotten pics of them yet. but all i have to say is wow this thing is awesome. it crawls 100% better then my axial in every way and i havent gotten to fine tune it at all or anything. it was finished tonight and we tested it in the dark with a flash light on the rocks haha. well here is my parts list.
SWX axial chassis.
traxxas big bore shocks
berg axles
hitec 5990 servo
fxr esc
2 integy hand wound v11 55t motors with 12t pinions
DNA thrasher wheels
losi comp claw tires
spektrum dx3r
cc bec.
theres problem more but thats all i can think of. well here are a few pics of what it looked like done for the most part. i will post up some of it on the rocks as soon as i get some.

haha thats right there is 2 haha. he is just waiting for the pinion gears and motors i have on order for him. i got impatient and just bought 2 55ts instead of 45t like the plan was. ya its a little tall. it has 3 inches of belly clearance with the new losi tires on.

hey thanks. ya 3 is about perfect. we went out to the comp spot in st. g today. i was the only berg and there were 4 axials and it was so awesome. its so nice having front and rear dig and it works so good and i love clod stall so much. wow is all i have to say. the best thing i have ever driven. people tried to tell me i would hate it and would be selling it. now there all wanting one so bad. it made lines we always thought were impossible. i think i might try my panthers on it and see how it goes to.

Nice looking build. You're going to love the Berg axels. I recently switched to a Berg and will never go back to a shafty.

It Def 'looks' taller than 3"- if you get some pics on the rocks- may bring some perspective. I just sold and SWX to a buddy- I passed up bolting it 2 my shiny new Berg axles for a KK Zero T, but that chassis is Sooooo stable! it ought to work on Anything~
Nice Truck, Nice Pics. . .don't stop now-

ya i will have to get some pics on the rocks for sure. but really it sits at 3 inches on the dot. i may bring it down to 2 3/4 or so. i will try it at 3 for a little while. ya i love the chassis. my buddy has the kk zero chassis on his berg he is building and it is way sick to. so does anyone have any advice for someone knew to the berg world haha.

I've been in the 'New 2 Berg' boat for about 1 1/2 mo. now. . . waiting on damn DX6i to hit the shelf again following recent recalls.
I need (want) a few things still, but could've put a RX and switches in her and been wheeling w/DX3R already. . . I'm happy for my pal that I sold my ax SWX to.He is very pleased so far with it on the Shafts- lol that sounds funny
