Hi I was looking at the Newage crl-101. Is this a BERG? Is this chassis legal for 2.2 comp.?

Yes . Seems like most switch chassis fairly quikly and the kit wheels have an offset that suits the axial better , makes the berg way too wide in my opinion . Unless you are in a hurry to get up and running you might read around in here a bit and get the axle set and then pick and choose your other components .
