Default Colby's DNA Mantis

Got this today from a local buddy of mine. I LOVE this chassis, its very clean, and it gives the perfect smooth flex. Got some pics, specs tomorrow:

VERY nice flex

ground clearance is amazing, with an awesome low COG

Sorry for the few crappy pics, DNA did an awesome job on this chassis!! I will get up some more pics tomorrow with my body on outside if its nice out. Should have it runnin tomorrow, could take a video :-P Let me know what you think so far, thanks

Colby you mentioned in your other thread that you spun your hexes out of those wheels. Do you have the nub ground down on the hex itself?

No, I dont but it slips over almost halfway with the nub on. I actually just started rounding the rims a little. I dont have enough weight in them, so I need to UNGLUE my panthers and put more weight in

Try grinding down the nub on the hex, and the hex will go deeper into the wheel.

Looks good Kid.

Yeah make sure the hex sits flush in the wheels. You will probably want to glue them in if you haven't yet.

When are you getting the new wheels you spoke of yesterday??

well, I popped this old body on and took it out for some posers, what do you think??

Heres a little bit more video, its not much, just shows the awesome clearance. I was never able to drive right over the top of this with my old truck.
