Default The T1E Berg's first time out on the Rocks

Well here's a few pics of the T1E Berg's first time out on the rocks. I cant say enough about the guys at T1E and there Rockshow chassis. This thing is unreal. I was a little worried about the shocks I went with (90mm HR Air shocks) but after a little break in they are awsome. Thanks again Mike at T1E for the chassis Im lovin it works awsome and really draws attention. Need to get a set of Berg offset wheels and I will be happy. Thanks and hope y'all enjoy the pix, only took a few but you get the point I was having way to much fun to take pix.:finger1:

What overall width are you shooting for? My 1911's will put you at 10 3/8" wide overall.

Allot of the guys that run Bergs in our area seem to like from 10 1/4" to 10 1/2" wide. I've even ran 10 3/4" wide. A tad wide, but it sidehills great. I'm at 10 3/8" wide now running my wheels and like it very well.

Welcome to the show! It keeps getting better the more you learn the truck and adjust the setup. The crew at T1E are the best when it comes to helping w/ advice and tips and if you ever get the chance to hang out with them you'll likely bust a gut laughing.

I'm going to need a little more info on these shocks!
How do they feel? Sloppy? Stiff? like a normal shock? Do they want to unload to fast, to slow?

Set up your shocks a little fast and the truck will do amazing things. It will crawl almost any line, jump level and land flat, and go quickly over the rocks when you are behind the clock on a course.

Its only flaw is that it won't flip back over in soft soil. So dont roll over

And get 1911 wheels!!

Mike i was really worried when i ordered them that they would be junk cause of the cheap price and my first thoughs on them were just that JUNK. But the more I ran them the better they got and Im really liken them now. They are really smooth, they were stiff at first but are nice and smooth now, they dont unload to fast or to slow kind of in between I would say. Im not near as much up on this stuff as alot of you guys but I know the shocks are working great for me and they look COOL.

After a few libations at the cabin in Tennessee you and Fishy were a hoot. And you still managed to give me some good setup advice for the next day. Now that's customer service
