| Axial chassis + Berg?
Will a chassis (dmg) designed for an Axial bolt right up with a Berg setup? Specifically will the link/shock mount points be in right spots and will the geometry be the same? Thanks!, Eric |

Doubt it. The links are going to be different at the least.

Like RockCrawler said. It is more about the length of the links and not the chassis. I know our chassis can run both. It just takes different length links to make it happen.-Jason

I am using an mfm black widow with my berg axles. So far it has done great. I had to replace the revo rod ends with jato ends and shorten the shocks. After that it was dialed. |

I was running a stock axial chassis with Berg's and nitro MT2 shocks at the last comp, Just had to make my own links. It was only to get me by until my Havoc chassis arrived but the truck worked very well. I won the comp with it |

I think Jason was running berg axles with a axial chassis.... It seemed to be a very capable set-up. You might try using the search feature.

| yeah, me, Jason and Chris Little all have run the stock axial chassis on the berg in the past. I don't remember any major disadvantages to it, but I can imagine there are other chassis' that allow much better link geometry

Glad to hear that, I got the chassis today and am gonna run 3" ground clearance, we tend to have alot of sidehill and off camber climbs at our comps and I don't want to loose any stability.

Thanks guys for the input. I may not go with a tube chassis. I hope someone comes out with a Berg specific tube chassis...
