Hopefully somebody who saw them at this weekends comp can give us some solid info about what they saw, if someone ran them how they worked, and lastly who will be selling them. They can PM that last bit of info, I want to get in on a set before everyone else.

They will be available at TCS soon. However NO presale will be done so you will have to wait and catch them when everyone else does.

True!

However when you break 10 ft from the finish line and your almost perfect run turns into a 40 minus progress you might think diffrently.

Those things are burly.
My RC4WD XVD's have been holding up for over two months now. No issues what so ever.
These look good too, even at $130

Default install info

being stupid I guess... so we'll need 6x10 bearings in the axle housing ends AND 6x11 bearings in the knuckles? I can find 6x11x4 at Boca but the 6x10 is only available in a 3mm width there... is that what we'll be using? How is that bearing retained? I don't see a flange on the ball end of the inner axle.
...and the thread on the stub is 5mm?
so to do the install we'll need:

2 6x10x3 bearings
2 6x11x4 bearings
2 5mm flanged lock-nuts (from where?)
drill the wheel hexes out to 5mm (what about the hex drive pin, bigger dia?)
$130 for CVDs

...anything else?

I didn't get mine this weekend because the misc hardware your asking about didn't come in that is included in the kit.

Note: I am doing this from memory, so if I am off a little don't start raising hell

Spy shot I took while no one was looking
