Default Failed torsion Build/t

Rushed to finish it so I could run it up in vegas with the sin city group last weekend.

Integy 45t's
MM esc and ccbec
7955 steering
65hb dig(punk dig is in the mail )
rc4wd big offroader...
Mayhem 7's, panthers
kk zero t chassis

Won some money the first day there and found a nib nomadio react for $200 so it replaced the rc4wd radio.

on to the pictures

Need to add spacers to the torsion arms and play with the links some. My first 2.2/berg build so any help/criticism is welcome

yep the react is the only radio i'd replace my DX3 with. don't like the DX3R, 4PK is too expensive...

Liking the Custom OTA servo mount/setup there FailedAbortion- was your LF torsion link hitting the servo case? I made my
1st set of links from the 5/16 delrin and didn't like the clearance - so I cut the bent Berg uppers down so I didn't have to space them at the chassis. . so far so good + they match the Axles. Looks good 4sure, and congrats on the killer radio deal!

Nice. When I read the title I was expecting some kind of disaster of a build . Good deal on the React. I just picked one up used for $150. Its a great radio and Im in the market for another

You mean hitting the servo case with the stock servo mounting location? Didn't like mounts that hang down from the axle tube so I never used them.

Bought it at the hobby people on sahara and decatur, maybe they can order you one for what I paid?

Just remembered to check that...Binds to a mrc receiver...Which is dsm. Not sure on the range with it though.

Changed some stuff around. Picked up some new lipo's yesterday( https://fusion-pack.com/productdetai...id=156&cat=113 ) and the punk dig( http://www.punkrc.com/index.php?main...7f5619ecdf7772 )showed up today.

Crammed the dig, mm and receiver between the chassis plates and the Fusion 1300 3s pack fit between the lower and upper links.

Broke the stock(modified) lockouts yesterday so had to cut some flat stock until someone has lockouts in stock???

The lipo looks tucked up there enough that it should be fine, will put a piece of lexan to cover it if it gets caught on something.

Diggin' the build so far I usually keep a close eye on the Zero-T build's.

That spot is money for mounting your lipo. Alot of guys around here go that route and it is working out well. I use a couple of velcro straps.

Did you have the battery mounted on the chassis prior?

What the big draw with the Nomadio? You and CTK had me searching ebay this weekend for a React. :?

I had it mounted on the rear axle...I used a piece of plastic with velcro on it and cut slots for a velcro strap to mount it under the links.

The nomadio has 4 channels, cheaper than a 4pk or dx3R. The receivers seem hard to get ahold of but if you want only 3 channels you can bind it up to a spectrum dsm rx. Only down sides I see is the screen is harder to read in low light and the rechargeables suck.

Weighed it today after switching to rovers and the mayhem's, 5.5lbs rtc. Lost some articulation but like the lighter rig feeling, might try a sprung setup soon

Still can't find any lockouts in stock anywhere????

How are you liking your punk dig switch? Ive had mine for a week and still havent been able to run my truck... Also, you should use the kamikaze dig tray and the electronics plate for the rear axle. That would clean your truck up big time

Contact sportpak. He had some for sale in the FS section and they work great. He even got me a second set since the first had some minor clearance issues. not a bad price for them either.
