I had the same problem and thought it was the axles but it ended up being my tie-rod ball ends hitting the beadlock screws on my DNA wheels. Just a thought

Check and see if the Axle shaft pin is hitting a the knuckle C screw sometimes some of the pins are not set evenly and they hit..I have had one do that.

When my bergs bound it ended up being the inner bearing. It came apart and one little ball bearing got stuck between the 3rd and 4th gear. Made ma loose to a scaler!!!

What hexes? I tried some that allowed the back of the wheel at the hex rub the axle housing. Also, if you used 2 o-rings in the cup, it will seem like it binds while turning until the inner one seats.

axail hexes and i used one o ring the only thing i can find is that it might be binding because of the inner axle shaft and stub are very tight the more i run it the better it is getting
