Default WOW Super Duty Low profile BERG Lockouts !

Picked up some Sweet Heavy Duty Lockouts today

JeepinDoug created these little master pieces From CNC, they are so Precise they have better tolerances than the Berg axle itself !

Check out how thick the Side walls are ! Super thick ! , made from Solid Bar not just a tube.

I installed mine with ease, They fit snugger than an Alabama tick, . He made them to snap in. On my axle short side the gap was 5000ths bigger than the long side, there is no way getting around that for any lockout. So I just used a 12mx15mm Diff shim to fit over the outdrive and it was a snug fit, the long side was just fine.

I have no doubt these are the Strongest low Profile lockouts on the market

So Glad I waited !

Pick your self up some !

if you get an axle that is out of wack you can use these to shim it up

The Berg tolerances are terrible. I made some like these a while back. One side would click in like a glove, the other side would be loose as hell, or not even go on. I wish I had tolerances like that at work.

They look good man.

Not only is Berg bad but then you try to put axial upgrades on the Berg and you get another set of bad tolerances.
I'm running RCP knuckles on my rear and one side was .515" long and the other was .483", go figure.

Wow.. That's when you put a big red stamp on the print that says "Build to Suite," meaning I don't know what it has to be.

Looks good. I am new to crawling and what is the purpose for the lockouts in these axles? Just learning.

Locks the steering knuckles on the rear axle since rear steer isn't allowed in 2.2 competition.
