Default Another AKRCC Deimos

picked the chassis up a while ago and finally got around to building it. Switched from one of kamikaze's chassis.

Chassis looks great and I like all of the adjustability it has. I absolutely love the fact that he skid goes underneath the sideplates. I'm also loving the punkrc dig switch.

AKRCC Deimos chassis
berg axles
axial outers
fubar lockouts
losi shocks in the front
ebay shocks in the rear
KK battery tray, tie rod, dig tray, high clearance links
mayhem wheels
45t motors
sidewinder esc
dx3
Punk RC dig switch
2100mah 3s lipo from cheapbatterypacks

here are a few pics

Looks great....but does the tie rod get caught up a lot with it pointing out like that? It looks like thats the only way you can have it with the drag link going to that knuckle. Maybe go to the other knuckle and put a shorter drag link on. You may lose some torque but will gain more clearance if you can turn the tie rod up.

I run a Ares 2wd and I noticed they like to ride high I laid the shocks back a bit to lower the ride height and softened the spring pre tension I really like the result.

it hasn't given me any issues yet, but if i do start to have issues with it i'll switch to a boa setup.

Thats lower than I thought it looks high in your body off shot.

My straight lower links are almost flat so I'm 2.5".
