Thought i would change things up alittle for worlds . Thanks Mike, Rockshow for hooking me up with this new chassis. Very nice,I lost 2oz of top weight and gained the ability to never have another 5 points for a rollover. I also has half to thank Steve at Vanquish for the new light weight wheels. I have switch to dual FXR's and a 4PK. Man the Radio is sweet. I have only had it for a week but it's already dial'ed in. Those guys did there home work on this one for sure, Im loving it.

G you weren't kidding! That thing looks good! few little things you may try. -space out the shocks @ the chassis 1/8'' or so - 1/8'' or so spacers for uppers links @ the axle. |

X2 on spacing out the upper links at the axle (at least the rear). Is that skidplate custom or is that actually a T1E option? That thing is sick!! Not sure if I like the rounded cab for looks. Makes it hard to tell where the front is at a glance :? |

How much weight did you loose in rotational mass? How are you liking it? I know with my new setup I lost 14 ounces total and love it. |

Looks like that new Skid Plate will serve as a battery protector as well |

Thanks, I will try the spacers. Mike custom made the skid. The look is differant but it performs great. From the setup i used at crawlapalooza and ECC i have dropped 22oz yes 22oz of rotational mass. Im super light now but thats the only way i could get the rovers to work. I'm realy liking it alot its performing as good if not better than my last truck. I like that Skid Plate design. That chassis looks like it will roll right back on its wheels alright. Good Job! Last edited by cars69; 08-13-2009 at 08:25 PM. |

Looks great 86jeep! I also have one of the testers and I will be running it this weekend at the Southern Cup. Haven't gotten a lot of time to test with all the rain we have had lately here in NC but it worked well at the comp I ran in MD a couple weeks ago. It is definitely all about function but I like the looks as well. Looking forward to getting it dialed in with a little less weight and my VP wheels that should be here monday. |
