Are you digging at full lock? Take your EPAs down a bit or buy CVDs and call it a day. What some people do also is put a different pin in which seems to help. Last edited by treday619; 12-11-2009 at 11:19 PM.

Put an O-ring on the axle (against the housing bearing) to keep the pin in the slot and turn down your epas so the stub isn't hitting the axle at lock.

Buy a set of CVD's from SDS and be done with it. The only other option is to turn down your EPA's and keep fresh Outer Stubs in it .The more wear in the stub the further the pin comes out and the more slop you get. When that happens the pin can not take the sudden slap it gets when bouncing or turning while in and out on the throttle. |

Make sure you do have the o ring in the stub axle as well. Seems like you may be having the axle slide out to far and binding up. 2 o rings for stock stubs, 1 o ring for axial stubs. |

35 turns spell disaster. With that much speed and torque, the weakest link in the power train has to fail. Like others have said, laying off the fast trigger finger helps. |

TCS has them: http://www.tcscrawlers.com/Super-300...s-p-17923.html 300s are the best CVDs you can get. If they are too expensive then your only other option is RC4WD. You just have to wait until they have them in stock.....
