| Built, not bought
This all started about a year ago when I bought a used Berg to get into the MOA world. Because 1. I like to tinker and 2. I am cheap I built as much of it as I could. Custom stuff 1.My own version of the BeetleJuice chassis, machined out of 3000 series aluminum 2. Links bent 3/8" 6061 aluminum rod with Revo ends 3. Servo mount machined out of 6061 aluminum 4. Wheels and beadlock rings machined out of 6061 aluminum 5. Rear lockouts machined from 6061 aluminum 6. Tapered skid machined out of Delrin 7. Front axle clocked 20deg rear 30 deg Stuff I couldn't build 1. Rooster Crawler ESC 2. Punk Dig 3. Hitec 7954 Servo 4. Novak 55t's 5. Traxxas shocks Stuff to come 1. CC BEC 2. Better ESC 3. 45t's On to the pics, don't mind the wiring, within the next week or two I should be able to tidy it up a bit. Side views Front Belly And of course....the articulation shot Last edited by tigman250; 10-09-2010 at 06:54 PM. |

| Thanks! They turned out good, although like anything else you make for the first time there is room for improvement, on the next set I plan to make the beadlock area deeper to make it easier to mount tires on them.
