What made you choose the 40's over 35's? Did you break them in/have to break em in? Can't wait to see em in action!"thumbsup"

I figured a little less wheelspeed is ok for me. I think they are already broke in, but just in case i did it like it says on the br00d website. 270seconds @2.5v then 30 seconds @3.5v"thumbsup"

Good to see you have some br00d motors, I know my battery mount will fit them well.

I think Eddie breaks them in, I am just gonna hook mine up and run the piss out of them"thumbsup"

Bill let me know when you receive them, mine is coming to you.

There is enough to share now boys so don't get into a wrestling match over them:lmao:

I ordered my BJv4 too so I will finally be able to getg my roller up to snuff, I hate the stock xr chassis for some reason, and I am gonna sell it and use that $ for some 3.5" big bores.

Very nice not my choice of motor turn but you are heavy on the gas so I guess it will work perfect for you.

billj 12-15-2010 09:25 AM

well i made a longer battery plate, trying to get it out further towards the front motor"thumbsup" And installed a new Beefy servo horn, it was longer but i cut the top off .Now its the same length as my Hanger9 (bent that one)was. Its a clamp on, have to see how it holds up"thumbsup"

Before

After, just wondering if it shouldn't be even longer?

All that battery tray work for nada, your new one (and mine) should be arriving any day now "thumbsup"

The rest looks good Bill. Let me know when the battery mounts arrive, I'll swing by your house and pick mine up.
