Default Berg axle differences?

I am looking into getting some berg axles to make a comp crawler. I have found at tcs you can get v1 axles for 199 and v2 axles for 250. What is the advantages of one or the other? Which one is going to be the best buy, are the v2's worth the extra 50? And I did try searching this but I was unable to find anything on this.

V1s have tons of aftermarket support and V2s have nearly none.

Your best bet is to PM Dlux and tell him what your looking for and your price range. He can set you up with what you want. It will be a little more to begin with but you won't have to dump a bunch of cash into them later.

Here are his options. But if you pm him you guys can figure out exactly what you need.

Dlux Axles
