Question Knuckle Weight

About how much weight should be used on the front knuckle weights? Installing on an MOA Comp rig with carbon fiber 2.2 wheels. i'm looking to swap out from an old setup with wheel slugs.

depends on the car and overall weight of the car. I dont have enough information to answer your question. Also its a matter of preference. I think I'm runn some where between 6-8oz on each knuckle.

With electronics, motors and old slug wheels, a shade over 4lbs. Berg Pro comp with Sudu chassis. Dlux delrin tubes.

My berg MOA weighs 4lbs.10oz I'm running close to 6oz of KW on ea side... I feel I could probably reduce some KW but haven't and don't plan on it anytime soon.

How much weight do you have in the wheel weight slugs? I'd start there with amount of knuckle weight. The feel of the car shouldn't change a whole bunch that way.

Like Curcal said, weigh your wheel with slugs, tire & foam.
Then weigh you CF wheel with tire & foam the weight between the two weights = KW.

10oz wheel, slugs, tire & foam (wheel on rig)
-4oz CF wheel tire & foam
= 6oz of KW.

At least as much that your balance is RTR with a forward bias.It can also be much more, that depends on personal preference and driving style
