The tires look like balls, can be solved easily obviously. Axles look too wide, but the offset look is cool. Shocks look too long for the angle. Wheels look promising, but we are not really lacking in the wheel department right now. Still interested in seeing more. |

Chassis is crap, wheels and tires are crap, axles look promising. Only thing is that they look small even compared too those 2.2's so I would question durability or gearing ... something has to be sacrificed given the size of them. Also note they're way to wide for a 2.2. |

I have been all over the internet and only found this info on techtalk.teamtrinity.com "Ok...our rock crawler is on it's way. It's very cool, almost all CNC and has alot articulation! Just build, add electronics, pic your favorite tires for the CNC wheels and go crawling! This will be a bit more expensive than the AXIAL but is also mostly CNC. What look interesting to me is that offset axle. Looks like you could make a good 2.2 Clod Like axle from these. Just bolt two short tubes to the gear case. Of course it would take 2prs of axles... |

I think the offset is there beacuse else the tyres will hit the motor If you use 2 short sides it'll prolly hit the motor or you have to use rims with 100% offset:-( |

| Since most Wheels come in pr's. You only need to run that offset on one side. Or run wideners on one side. From the looks of it. If you ran both short sides. It would be very narrow. But it's hard to tell from the pic's. It's just a thought and something to look into once there out. Plus the clearance on these look pretty good to boot.

Indeed way better than clods Txt has more clearance than the clod btw(have both 2.2 clod and 2.2txt) yes with 2 short side i would be way narrow hopfully, Than you can run every beadlock/2.2 wheel that you want just like the axial and tlt guys. I think they look very intresting and i'd like to see more of them soon! |

Edit:It the axles look like PTI-ish except with a mini gearbox. Those Asian companies are real original. Quote:
Is the micro crawler that didn't work at the Tokoyo show? Maybe a 1.5 or a 1.9ner? Last edited by ThinkTank; 01-13-2008 at 09:54 PM. | ||
