Got the 2 speed installed along with a tekin 13.5 redline and mmp in the scx10. I fitted new t-maxx driveshaft on the rear (front won't fit due to the larger u joint) gonna order the wb8hd shafts to try So we shall see how it does with the stock gears in the trans (the built ax10 quit be here by then to strip) Last edited by Richterat83; 09-02-2014 at 05:58 PM. |

Why not invest into a set of MIP shafts. Well worth the money and will last a lot longer.

I agree with gst. Worst case, HD WB. They look strong, outside of MIP's.

i have the AX2 trans so it's all metal already and got the T-maxx shafts working as well. I also swapped in HR spool lockers last night. The weak point now is the stock ring/pinion in the rear axle. It'll be ready to run Sunday |

Well, the new frame rails came in as well as the cms. Have to figure out winch mounting as well as electronics and bumpers. New frame rails are higher. So my rig will be a mess but should be functional tomorrow. No bumpers, winch, lights, or fenders.

| Re: Sunday, Sunday, Sunday....In Palm Beach County I just finished rebuilding my F/R axles. I had no idea that I still had the stock internals. I replaced the locker with a "Locked up RC SS unit and Boca Bearing extreme duty bearings. I should be good to go tomorrow. See ya soon. |

It's raining here along the coast and looks like it's coming in off the water. Yalls call. I'll pack my rain jacket. Should be plenty muddy today though
