The Official Top Truck Challenge 2010!!!

First off let me apologize for taking so long I appreciate your patientce

This thread is for the Top Truck Challenge of Central Florida 2010 Part 1/2

Location: Lake Monroe Boat ramp at Wayside Park Sanford, FL. (Under The Bridge)

Date: April 11th 2010

Schedule: 9:30 am Registration/ Drivers meeting
10:00am First event
12:00pm 30-45min lunch

Entry Fee: NONE!!! This is a completely free event and is fun for everyone! There may be a collection for a pizza delivery for those interested

Events: Sled Pull, Uphill Challenge, Frame Twister/ Obstacle Course, Mini Rubicon, and THE MUD HOLE

RULES:

1. Competitors will receive points based on their finish time or distance on each
course. .

2. All scoring will go by time first. If competitors don't finish the course, they will be scored on distance covered.

3. If you roll your vehicle, you must right it with your own winch. Time will
continue as you do this. If you dont have a winch hands will be allowed with a point deduction

4. Hitting marker cones on the course will add 30 seconds (for each cone) to your
time.

5. Going out of bounds will end your run, and your distance will be marked at that
point.

6. No outside winching or strapping will be allowed. If your winch quits on a
course, you may replace it after your run, before you start your next course.

7. No modifications can be made during the competition. No
tire/motor/gearing/shock/adding weight/etc changes will be allowed. You may change
your battery to any battery during the competition.

8. Run order: There will be a sheet
printed out and posted that shows the run order for each course. You must be ready
and waiting when it's your turn to run.

9. Vehicles can have a winch to be considered for this comp.

10. You will be able to enter just 2 vehicles per competitor


There will be two courses running simultaneously (provided theres enough staff) when you finish one proceed to the next. Since theres an odd # of courses The Mud Hole will be last and everyone will be able to watch The Carnage!!!

We NEED dedicated video/photographers, epescially if we run 2 courses at once. I have the sheets made out so far for scoring, also, post who is going and what you are bringin'.

Yes volunteers will be greatly appreciated We need two judges and a photographer I can come up with at least one stop watch and I'm bringing a dedicated camera and sd card just for this event so there will def be pics posted after this event

I have a new HD digital video camera, and a HD High zoom camera I'm bringing out. It's still up in the air if I'm going to run any trucks; I plan on only operationg the cameras, but I still may need help. So if anyone comes out that doesn't have a truck to enter they're more then welcome to help me out with pictures and videos if they choose.
