I am headed your way this weekend. We're flying in to Tampa and staying in St. Petes beach. What's in the area for us to do? What is something we don't want to miss? |

Busch Gardens is good to go to, place has a zoo, roller coasters, BEER, tons of stuff. For the bigger kids there is Ybor City or Mons Venus. Also there may be a baseball game. |

Busch Gardens is A+. You also have the aquarium, the Museum of Science and industry with a good kids area.

Bush gardens is awesome for sure, disney is too but the price.... If your up in the NE, St. Augustine has the old fort and some tourist stuff around it, great way to go if your into historical stuff plus it's cheap. Last edited by speed ghilliesniper; 07-20-2011 at 03:28 PM. |

There is also the Salvador Dali museum in St. Pete if ya want a little culture. But Busch Gardens is great family fun. Last time I was there, they had a hospitality building, where they gave out free beer. They kicked us out after the 10-12 round, but hey, nobody else was there. |

My kids would be pissed if I went fishing without them, and the cheapest place I can see to fish was $300 a pop.
