Kinda torn at this point between continuing with the Wraith or starting a scaler build. Can't really handle both.

The wraith has it's advantages... but I'm all about scale.. and the wraith is not scale.. Although I bought this one today..lol

But just for a photo shoot for homeless and then it's going on the block..

I think the more scale your rc is the more fun you'll have with it on the terrain we have locally.. if we lived in NC or some mountain state the wraith would have some terrain that was challenging,, but here it just rolls over everything..

Well the tf2 is great and has alot of after market rc4wd parts support.. But the scx10 is proven and highly customizable. there's not a parts maker out there that doesnt make something aftermarket for the scx10. You can mount up almost any body on them from a jeep jk to a hilux to a new bright landrover.

dingos are fine but most of the guys I know have wanted a longer wb after buying one.. I would look for a decent used rig and start there... for 300 you can get a hell of a rig here on the for sale thread. and start from there.

Eventually, I figured I'd run it for awhile.. then slap it on ebay during Xmas for 700. I picked up a jeep last night , it's rockin alum'd up TLT axles

Incase your wondering why I'm buying so many rigs.. this is the time of year everyone ditches theyre toys to buy xmas presents .. I blow nearly all my money during oct nov and dec and use all of the product to float us back to sept again..

Thats 100% personal preference. I myself would do a BRXL and a hh brushed 35t

But you can do anything from a rooster crawler esc to a fxr with an integy.. The options are unlimited.

There so much I'd want to change from stock on an SCX10 I might be better off starting from a bare frame.

Your best bet is to buy used. Unless your itch'n to spend a grand on a scale truck.. I buy 1500 dollar rc trucks all the time for 3-400 bucks.. take a minute to search used stuff. buy a damn star and look @ the for sale section!!!

Dan, You'll have to pay $20.00 for a membership to access the FS section, you'll prob find a real nice truck for a good price here though so it'll be $$ well spent.

Plus you be able to enter contest's, have a avatar, personalized options etc

Good luck Homey
