for that argument then, why cant i run my comp rig in the scale class? there are 1:1 just liike it, super trimmed bodies, long travel, etc..
scale trucks are supposed to be less capable, more realistic to a "normal" street truck. it also tests the driver skills even further, thats why some people need that extra to make up for their lack of skill

Not to get in a pissing match with you, but the rules state ladder frame and look scale in appearence. The bodies are not trimmed like a comp rig either. That is why you can't run a comp rig in the scale class. Your Ford has 4 link on the rear.

Emaxx Jeremy's truck below

but it does bring up an interesting question how to you judge the scale class b/c like jeremy said you could do a scale moon buggy and kick everyones ass... but id tend to think anything with a hardbody and full frame would be scale legal, just b/c he's got a bit more articulation doesnt make up for the fact that he's got all the weigh up really high. could scale class be hard body only, no buggys? that sorta deal?

Moon buggies do not have ladder frames. Scale rules state rig must have ladder frame to be a scaler. Quote me if I'm wrong. Thanks

here is what they dont check, which i dont think the full 4 link would pass
"·No truck will be allowed with a RTI score over 500*"
also which most people miss....
"All vehicles and drivers should adhere to the “spirit” of a street legal off-road vehicle"

Whatever EJ. Go back to scale where they like to b!tch and complain.
You have winned about this since day one and you didn't even have a 1.9 truck in the comp. Well if you come to VA we will be running 4 links front and rear. 4 link is street legal off road.

I don't think a K2 built to the build sheet with 4 link will score over a 500 on your RTI ramp.

Man, I hope you get laid soon

I have a 20* ramp I will bring it. If your truck scores more than 500 on the RTI ramp you will have to limit your travel. Do you guys want to do this on 2.2 also
