nice. just watch the center gearbox on those, the first releases on those liked to meltdown!! and don't those use a 12mm hex on the wheels?

yep i found out about the center diff good news is it looks like a mini-t trans so I'm sure i can get it decently bullet proof i just need to find some paddle tires

and yes they have hex wheels not sure of the size

I used to have one, yeah, the center diff was a pos. It doesn't use 12mm hex's, but I'm sure you can find some that'll fit, maybe the mini revo/slash. I think it has 10mm hex's. I'm not 100% on it though.
On another note, it should be easy to stretch that chassis and find a dogbone from another company to fit the length.

Now get to work!

I have heard the same, but the trans gears from the 1/18 Losi SCT will work, and those are metal! The stock hexes aren't 12mm, but a coworker has put Losi Mini Crawler stub axles and wheel hexes on his so he can run 1/10 stadium truck wheels

All 4 slingshot paddles and that body! That would be the bee's knee's (just caus I can't cuss)

And the reason my mini lst loved to melt the center diff could have been the mamba in it.....

Anyways, I'm subscribing! I really want to see this done!!!

I'm almost positive that the MLST line of trucks had 9mm hexes.

The Toyz on Ebay used to sell adapters for 12mm.

stock front and rear diffs are plastic ring and pinion if you can get the mini lst 2 diffs you shouldnt have nearly as much trouble. i used to replace diffs in one of my two mlst's at least once a week, i didnt have much trouble at all after the metal diffs. i think the MRC diffs may be the same
