Default Get the FOFF out of here, the parts bin build

I started assembling parts for this build about 6 months ago.....
Finally got around to building something after DRV stirred me up....

Homebrew chassis (from a parts lot)
Over drive front Axle
Beef Toobs
Hi Clearance knuckles
3R CVD's
Hitec 7954 tiller
Robinson racing Servo arm
Servo armour
Highlucks steering linkage (3mm SS)

Std drive rear axles
SCX10 solid axles
Axial Al lock outs

Bender SWX Skid
All steel Robinson Racing Gears
Velinion VXL 3500kV BL Motor ESC
87/32 48P drive (for now)

Traxxas Big Bore Fr SHox, Red springs
Traxxas Big Bore Rr Shox, white springs
VP rear shock hoops.

Futaba 603FS
CC BEC (7.0V)
Venom Racing 5A 2S 25C Roar pack

Have a chopped jeep body that will be mounted on a gunnar set
Still need to do front links and sort drive shafts out, will probably need to be the new long junfacs, or I'll need to shorten the links up something chronic!

Hope to get it finished by Xmas.....hit the dunes down south.

I stirred you up, I am loving your home brewed chassis Stew. I am digging the incorporation of the Vanquish Hoops.
I can't imagine if I REALLY stirred up the pot with you and your parts bin what would happen. That is a parts bin I want into JEEZ !
Got my wheels from Crawlin Calvin yesterday, I will hopefully get the tires mounted later today and maybe order the hubs. Everyone should see how amazing these wheels lock the Pro-Line Sand Paws on ( No way in H#!L they are ever going to loose a bead ).

Chassis looks good You need to get it lowered down, limit those shocks you have internally and your on your way

Thx guys,

to be honest, it was a pretty dedicated parts bin, Heh. The VP hoops and RR trans set were special buy ins, as were the wheels, but the rest, yeah it was pretty much lying around.

Spot on on the shocks, I think I have a spare set of SCx10 external limiters somewhere, I might give them a run and see how they go 'indoors'.
