Good build ... Only thing i can wonder about is the Castle Sidewinder and 35t brushed motor - as from reading allover the net and this forum it's NOT reccomended setup. The sidewinder safe setup is 55t motor not less I know this because i wanted to use the same setup - and finally gave up and went for safe mamba max. |

Looking good, just FYI, you can place the battery under the battery tray sideways. That way its lower and not as visible. |

Broke the Novak in using water. That worked great, so I smacked it together and have had fun with it. I figured that if I do smoke it then I'm only out $55, so I'm goin' to give her hell. I'll post it if it gos to crap or not.

| I considered the samething. I really like scalers though, and I've got a few comp rigs that work fine. So I thought I'd try to make a scaler comp rig, a 50-50 ya know. I've gotin' all of Axial's other comp crawlers, so its only a matter of time till I fold and get the new one to. |

The Link updated also had a setting in the breaking that said Max break 100% and then ( Crawler 213% )... Its the best breaking I've seen out of a Sidewinder, can't belive it. I'll post picks up later. I'm using the 12 tooth pinion bear with stock trannie gears. I think I'm going to go up to a 18 tooth. Needs just a little more wheel speed. THIS THING CRAWLS GREAT

$55 for SideWinder from www.rpphobby.com $21 for CC BEC from www.rpphobby.com $34 for a 3cell 1350, 20c Lipo from--- www.rpphobby.com What can I say, I use them alot. Thats what I got into it so fare. I'm using my DX3R so I didn't have to buy a radio. And the 3m Racing winch was $17 on sale from rpphobby a while ago but I'm making a brace to put it on next week.
