Default Problem with my G-Made R1...

Hy boys,
I build a G-Made R1 that going on with a Novak Goat 3S + Ballistic motor 21.5T.

The car works great except for a problem... Sometimes, while the vehicle is in motion it has a sort of gasp.

As if the vehicle is to expedite for a moment with a fast and strange noise.

I could not understand the cause of the problem, I think to a transmission problem or an interference or a problem with the sensors...

But I do not know what to do...

Have you experienced with a similar problem ? Can you help me ?

I read on an italian forum that some members have the same problem with Novak esc.

I don't think that we can adjust it without a firmware upgrade...

Here's a picture of how I placed receiver and esc...

Can anyone help us ?

FWIW my EZrun ESC is right next to my receiver... no issues. Sounds like an ESC or battery issue

The arrangement is similar.

I can also tell you that the problem occurs at high revs.

I found an user that has the same problem so I think it's a problem of Novak.
Maybe a problem with Futuba fasst system ?

can you maybe temporarily try placing receiver further away from motor and esc....

reading instructions there is specifically writting that receiver must not be placed in the vicinity of esc, motor or battery.

i put my receiver at the very front in a custom box and not over the motor, with esc placed low behind the transmission.

I put the receiver on the basis of the battery and now the problems seem to disappear.

i had a similar issue with my Goat3 - installing a castle BEC (not the one included in the Goat3 box) solved the problem for me.
