Default Silly question

So i ordered the 7* steering knuckles for my front axle. In the package was also a set of new links. They are slightly longer than the stock ones and just wanted to know where they go. I assume they replace the stock upper links (i'm running bent lower links). Thanks for any help folks!

I didn't use the links. For me, longer uppers would have only increased the caster and made the new hubs moot. I have the aluminum adjustable link mount and am using the middle hole. I also have bent lowers. Bought the 7 degree hubs to offset positive caster caused by this setup, since this setup reduced my pinion angle.

I think the idea is that if you had a stock setup with neutral caster, you add the new longer top links to reduce your pinion angle. This creates a poor caster angle that is corrected by the 7 degree hubs.

yeah, i threw on the extra upper links supplied w/ the steering blocks, and all it did was clock it forward too much, so went back to the stock upper links and tried the middle and it seemed to work. still going through the testing phase now, hopefully its ready for some crawling come this weekend.
